Paul Ellenbogen has had a distinguished career in Jewish philanthropy  and consulting with accomplishments in major gifts, capital and annual campaigns, planned giving, organizational development and non-profit management. With more than thirty-five years of professional experience, he brings a personalized, hands-on approach to every engagement.

Paul has provided counsel to twenty-five organizations, directing campaigns that collectively raised over $150 million. He has regularly secured six and seven figure capital and endowment gifts, often utilizing his knowledge of planned giving to assist donors to contribute considerably more than they thought possible. His unique combination of professional leadership, excellent interpersonal skills and technical expertise has enabled his clients to consistently meet or exceed their fundraising expectations.

During his tenure as a community professional, Paul had progressively expanding responsibilities in major Jewish organizations throughout the United States. He served as Executive Director of the Jewish Federation of Greater San Jose; Director of Development for the Florida Hillel Council; and served as Campaign Director for the Jewish Federations of Milwaukee, Columbus and St. Paul.

Paul received his undergraduate degree in Sociology and Psychology from Tulane University and a Master of Arts in Jewish Communal Service from Brandeis University.
